Kentucky Farm

A Kentucky farm landscape in watercolor, inspired by one of our visits to Shaker Village. We have visited the Shaker Village in Kentucky several times, and this is a view of a farm that I saw while driving to the Village. The painting captures the wide, open feeling of the countryside, with its soft hills, quiet roads, and simple farm buildings, reflecting the kind of rural watercolor art, Kentucky landscape painting, and scenic wall art that holds onto a peaceful sense of place.
