RETURN POLICY

Tin Shop Gallery handles returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at tinshopgallery@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at tinshopgallery@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and any damage when possible.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

Original watercolor paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces. Because of the nature of original artwork, returns may be limited and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

PRINTS, MUGS, TOTE BAGS, NOTECARDS, AND GIFT ITEMS

Prints, mugs, tote bags, notecards, and other gift items may be eligible for return if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom commissions, special orders, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund once work has started, unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Custom commissions
Special orders or personalized items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us about returning the original item, then place a separate order for the new item once the return is approved.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at tinshopgallery@gmail.com.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law.

As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging when possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
