Bringing in the Christmas Tree

One of the many pleasures of living out in the country was choosing and cutting our own Christmas tree each year. Here our young friend, Michael Gallagher, helps me carry the tree to their pickup to deliver it to our house. Once the tree was up and decorated, we placed a gold-colored Moravian star at the very top.  The next day a little spider had encased that star with its own decoration of its silken web.
