This watercolor captures the INTRO apartment building in Ohio City when it was still wrapped in a bold orange construction covering, with prints available in 11" x 14" or 18" x 24" and the original painting available when listed. Built about a block from Chuck’s home, the new development brought retail space and restaurants to the neighborhood, adding another layer to the changing face of Cleveland. The bright orange exterior, urban setting, and nearby street life reflect a moment of transition in Ohio City, where historic surroundings and new architecture continue to shape the neighborhood’s character.
